Role Overview

DroneDeploy—the #1 reality capture platform—is hiring a Customer Success Engineer focused on AEC to strengthen our Customer Experience organization in a fast‑growing region. You’ll lead the post‑sales technical journey for mid‑market and enterprise contractors, turning real jobsite workflows into repeatable playbooks and education through DroneDeploy Academy, live training, and self‑serve assets. As the connective tissue between Customer Success and Sales, you’ll own technical onboarding and adoption programs that accelerate time‑to‑value, protect renewals, and drive expansion across key AEC accounts.In this role, you’ll design workflows, shape best practices, and collaborate with Product and Engineering on advanced data and integration needs—embedding DroneDeploy across the project lifecycle from early pilots to scaled, multi‑site programs. The ideal candidate is a hands‑on AEC technologist who loves building repeatable assets as much as enabling people, is energized by time on active job sites, and is motivated by measurable outcomes like adoption, NRR, and program expansion.
