Our strategy blends rapid iteration with real-world deployment, and we are looking for a marketing leader who can help us establish distinct brand positioning and recognition ahead of our Series B fundraise.

The Opportunity

Skyways is building fully autonomous aircraft that operate in complex, noisy electromagnetic environments. As our Senior RF (Radio Frequency) / EMI (Electromagnetic Interference) Engineer, you will ensure our avionics, communications, and power systems coexist cleanly across development, flight test, and real-world deployment. This is a hands-on role with direct impact on aircraft reliability and mission success. You will support in-house RF and EMI testing and formalize EMI/EMC test procedures to ensure consistent, repeatable validation from early development through certification.
